Pinnacle Sales meeting with the Colorado Modern Kitchens team around the showroom island — sample boards laid out, laptops open to the new dealer portal

One of the best parts of running a rep firm is the days we spend in our dealers' showrooms. This week we sat down with the team at Colorado Modern Kitchens to walk through what's new for 2026 — three updates that all touch how their designers quote, sell, and order from us going forward.

1. The New Pronorm USA Portal

The first thing on the laptop in the photo above is the new Pronorm USA portal — the rebuilt dealer-facing tool every Pronorm dealer in the US will be working in going forward. It's a noticeable upgrade over the previous experience: cleaner project lookups, faster access to current pricing, and a more direct path to the documents and assets dealers actually need on a working day.

If you're a Colorado Modern Kitchens-level Pronorm dealer, you'll be using this every time you quote, order, or pull marketing assets for a Pronorm project. Your territory rep will walk you through credentials and a live login the next time we're in your showroom.

2. Pronorm: New American Base and Tall Depths

This is the update that designers in our Western US territory have been asking about for years. Pronorm is now manufacturing American base and tall cabinet depths — purpose-built for US kitchen architecture and US appliance footprints.

What that means in practice:

  • Base cabinets at standard US 24-inch depth (instead of the European 615 mm default), so countertops sit flush over standard US dishwashers, ranges, and undercounter refrigeration without filler gymnastics.
  • Tall cabinets at deeper US-spec depths so panel-ready Sub-Zero columns, full-height pantries next to American refrigerators, and oven towers line up cleanly with adjacent runs.
  • Same Pronorm everything else — Winner CAD package, German manufacturing, Pronorm hardware and door styles. The factory in Vlotho is now building these depths into the standard catalog, not a custom one-off.

If you've ever lost a job because the Sub-Zero column stuck out an inch past the run, or because the dishwasher created a half-inch gap that your homeowner couldn't unsee, this is the update for you.

3. PG3 White Oak Veneers

The third stop on the tour was the new Pronorm PG3 White Oak Veneer program — a refresh of how white oak is offered across the line. We brought two of the new finish boards with us:

Pronorm PG3 White Oak Veneer — light natural finish sample board
Light natural — the entry point of the PG3 range
Pronorm PG3 White Oak Veneer — dark stained finish sample board
Dark stained — at the deeper end of the PG3 range

A few things worth knowing about PG3:

  • Vertical-grain rift-cut white oak as the standard, with the consistent grain reading you'd expect from Pronorm.
  • Multiple finish positions in one tier — light natural through deep stained tones share the same product-group price level, so designers can spec dark or light without pushing a project into a different cost bracket.
  • Compatible with the new American depths — every PG3 finish ships in the new US-spec base and tall sizes from day one. Designers don't have to choose between sizing and finish.

Why This Visit Mattered

Every product update we do is more useful in person than on a Zoom — designers ask better questions when they have the actual sample board in their hands and a Pronorm display six feet away. Colorado Modern Kitchens has one of the strongest Pronorm showrooms in our territory, and the conversation we had at their island is the kind we want to be having with every dealer this year.

If you're a Pinnacle Sales dealer and you'd like the same walkthrough — dealer portal demo, American depths Q&A, and the PG3 sample boards in your showroom — get on your territory rep's calendar. We'll bring the boards. (And, when she's not in the office, the dog.)
