US Stone Group — Surfaces Selling & Ordering Guide
Everything you need to quote, sell, and order US Stone Group luxury surfaces through Pinnacle Sales — natural stone, semi-precious, and porcelain.
The line at a glance
- Natural stone — quartzite, marble, granite, travertine. Signature lines: Cristallo and Patagonia; plus Taj Mahal, Mont Blanc, Perla Venata, Emerald. 2 cm and 3 cm.
- Semi-precious — agate, amethyst, crystal quartz, sodalite, decorative mineral slabs. Many translucent / backlight-ready.
- Porcelain — large-format Italian porcelain in marble, stone, and travertine looks.
- Quarry-direct — direct relationships with the Cristallo and Patagonia quarry owners; 20-year global sourcing network. Every slab inspected before loading.
How to buy: singles, bundles, and containers
Pricing is tiered by volume — Singles, Bundles, and full Container quantities, with the container earning the deepest tier.
- Single slabs & bundles — for project-by-project selection. Best when a customer needs a specific statement slab or a small run.
- Containers — for slab yards, fabricators, and dealers stocking inventory. A container is built from one hero material plus a second line to fill the count, at quarry-direct pricing. Public-facing overview: the container program post.
The sales process — five steps
Consistency protects the customer relationship and ensures accurate pricing, shipping, and fulfillment. When in doubt, get it in writing.
- Source the material. Walk the customer through the US Stone Group collection or current inventory. For additional photos, inventory verification, or a FaceTime walk-through of specific bundles, request it through Pinnacle.
- Quote the material. All pricing comes from the current written price list provided by Pinnacle. No price is final until it's in writing — never quote from verbal communication alone.
- Quote shipping. Confirm slab count, total square footage, and price per square foot with the customer, then request a shipping quote through Pinnacle using thickness and destination.
- Submit the order. Send the full customer and material details to Pinnacle Sales. We prepare the sales order, payment instructions, and fulfillment.
- Fulfillment & pickup/delivery. Buyer arranges transportation and unloading unless otherwise agreed; materials are inspected before they leave the warehouse.
Golden rules
- Quote only from written pricing supplied by Pinnacle — never from verbal communication.
- No price is final until it's in writing.
- Always confirm slab count, total square footage, and price per square foot before quoting shipping.
- Send every order to Pinnacle with full customer and material details.
- Natural stone varies — color, veining, and texture differences are inherent and not defects. Set that expectation with every customer.
How to get pricing
The US Stone Group wholesale price list is confidential and shared directly with qualified dealers, slab yards, and fabricators — it is not posted here or anywhere on the site. To get the current list, current container availability, or a project quote, contact your Pinnacle rep.

Selling tips
- Lead with the hero lines. Cristallo and Patagonia win projects — they're rare, recognizable, and photograph beautifully. Backlight semi-precious and translucent quartzite for islands and feature walls.
- Finish flexibility closes deals. Many quartzites can be polished, honed, or leathered — sometimes at no upcharge (confirm per material). Offering the finish choice is a differentiator.
- Bundle the whole project. You already sell the cabinetry — adding the surface keeps the selection, the margin, and the customer in your showroom.
