Two shops we talk to every week
You used to sell a box or semi-custom line — Kraftmaid, Medallion, or the equivalent. Clients now want more modification, a better box, inset, a paint they cannot get off a restricted deck. Shiloh is the step-up line: WW Wood, Dudley, Missouri, all-plywood, dovetail drawers, ~6-week lead. You are not asking your crew to become a custom shop overnight.
You already build custom. Factory Shiloh covers the jobs that should not consume the bench — paint, inset, furniture vanities, a predictable lead. You keep true custom for the one-offs. Shiloh is not a replacement for the shop. It is the line you sell when the shop should stay on the work that only you can build.
Shiloh-only is a real path
Six public brands, not five: Shiloh, Eclipse, Aspect, Vistora, Pronorm, US Stone. You can open Shiloh alone. Face-frame and inset, six inset styles, Sherwin-Williams custom paint, White Oak and rift-cut without an upcharge. Eclipse is the same factory if you later want frameless — see face-frame vs frameless. You do not need Pronorm, stone, or closets on the first order.
Territory, not a locator
Shiloh is a WW Wood line. Pinnacle manages it across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. We do not list dealers and we do not send homeowners to a store. Apply; we tell you what is open. Map: protected dealer territories.
Nevara is a dealer-only WW Wood SKU. It is not on this site.

Can I become a Shiloh dealer without taking the other lines?
Yes. Check Shiloh on the application and leave the rest blank. Six public brands exist; you do not have to take them on day one. Territory for Shiloh is a WW Wood conversation across 10 Western states, including New Mexico.
We used to sell Kraftmaid or Medallion. Is Shiloh a replacement?
That is a common path. Kraftmaid and Medallion are box / semi-custom programs. Shiloh is built-to-order face-frame and inset from WW Wood — plywood box, paint program, ~6-week lead — so you can step off a box line without standing up a full custom shop for every job.
We already build custom. Why add Shiloh?
Factory-backed Shiloh covers the jobs that should not eat the shop: modification range, Sherwin-Williams paint, six inset styles, furniture vanities. You keep true custom for the one-offs. Many Western dealers run both.
Do I need a consumer showroom to apply?
No. Pinnacle is a manufacturer’s rep. The dealer is the customer. Custom shops, design-build, and kitchen dealers all apply on the same form. We do not publish a dealer locator.
What are the other public brands if we grow past Shiloh?
Eclipse (frameless, same factory), Aspect (value), Vistora (closets), Pronorm (German fitted, nationwide), US Stone (surfaces). Nevara is a dealer-only WW Wood SKU. It is not on this site.
