How to Become a Kitchen Cabinet Dealer

Pinnacle Sales is a manufacturer's representative. The dealer is the customer. We do not run a consumer storefront and we do not publish a dealer locator. Most applications we want look like this: you already build, or you used to sell a box / semi-custom line, and you want factory-backed Shiloh.
What you actually do
- Apply. The form is on the homepage and on Become a Dealer. Name, shop, city, state, current lines, prior lines. Check Shiloh only if that is the ask. Two business days to a call.
- Market review. Custom shop vs. showroom, what you used to sell (Kraftmaid, Medallion, or other), and whether Shiloh is open. The other public brands — Eclipse, Aspect, Vistora, Pronorm, US Stone — come later if they fit.
- Territory. WW Wood protection is managed across 10 Western states. Pronorm is nationwide with its own protected map. See protected dealer territories.
- Display and training. In-person line training, 2020/Winner quoting support, merchandising — not a webinar kit left on a shared drive.
Who this is for
Custom shops adding a factory line. Dealers leaving Kraftmaid, Medallion, or another box / semi-custom program. Independent kitchen & bath showrooms, design-build, and multi-location groups. You do not have to take every WW Wood line. You do not have to be in the West to talk Pronorm.
What you do not need
There is no application fee. There is no consumer “shop our kitchen” path on this site. Nevara is a dealer-only WW Wood SKU. It is not on this site.

Yes. That is a common application. Read become a Shiloh dealer, then apply. Tell us what you build now and what you used to carry.
What brands can I carry?
Six public brands, not five: Shiloh, Eclipse, Aspect, Vistora, Pronorm, US Stone. You do not have to take all six. Nevara is a dealer-only WW Wood SKU. It is not on this site.
Is there a fee to apply?
No fee to apply or to become an authorized dealer. Display commitments and minimums vary by brand and program. We walk those on the intro call.
Which states does Pinnacle cover?
WW Wood Products lines — Shiloh, Eclipse, Aspect, Vistora — across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Pronorm German Kitchens are available to qualified dealers nationwide.
What happens after I apply?
Introductory call, market and showroom review, brand fit, then onboarding: line training, 2020/Winner support, and merchandising. Territory availability is confirmed before you commit to a display.
